Macy's has a good selection. Be prepared for the sales staff to follow you around everywhere.
Never ever ever ever ever ever ever buy a custom made piece of furniture from ANY Macy's store. The product itself I'm sure is great (although we don't know yet because we haven't actually received it on the date promised), but the sales reps over promise and under deliver on expected delivery dates. We agreed to wait 8-12 weeks for the couches to arrive in the DC since that was told to us up front. It has now been extended almost a month and that's still 'expected' delivery. They refuse to tell me if that's a hard date or not. Again, NEVER order custom furniture from these people, and if you do, assume that you will get it AT LEAST a month after your original delivery date. I am now having to cancel a planned party and hosting a weekend trip for my out-of-town family because...well.....we don't have couches for everyone to sit on.
I gave 4 stars, because everyone and everything has room for improvement. Reading some of these reviews, I am can see where individuals could take issue with the sales team. With that said, I only deal with Clifford that works there. I have ordered a few rooms of furniture from him, and he goes above and beyond to assist. I will not even entertain other associates. I am confident there are other great sales people present in the store, but work with Clifford, and I guarantee you will be happy you did. Also you cannot beat the pricing that Macy's has with their sales. One would assume furniture from the store would be pricey, however I am pleasantly surprised that it is quite affordable.
Very spacious furniture gallery with an array of furniture that will meet your expectations regardless of which style you prefer. Truly caters to everyone! Staff is very knowledgeable and will not pressure you to buy. Macy's is a company that has been around for 100 years.
When everything else boring has been achieved, you shop for furniture on the weekend. This place has furniture. It's in the range of the normal and affordable, and this place is about as inevitable as your taxes.
