The employees are down to earth
I have only good things to say about this company from my experience in dealing with them. As of this edit they are an A+ rated company and have delivered on all promises made. I own three personal policies with them. The service is always friendly and exceptional.
Terrible experience. Working with company to try to resolve but we're taken advantage of by John Knobel from the Ohio national. He took advantage of multiple family members of mine also. John Knobel is a liar. He is a theif. You could say a con man. He has made promises he can't ever make good on and is full of excuses. I have received rude and inappropriate messages out of anger from him, Which I don't appreciate. Had him show up to my business uninvited and unannounced to pretend to need a favor from my line of work because he knew he was caught and really came to try to clear up his mistakes with more misinformation. I am appalled Ohio national financial services employs anyone with this type of ethics and attitude. Was promised things I am now told we're never possible. Nothing but low class from John Knobel. One thing I can never respect is a man with no integrity. Good luck to anyone who has been swindled by John Knobel. This isn't even a reflection of the company, this employee is a liability and is the issue in everyone I knows experience. Like I said, still working with company to resolve matter. We'll see, I will update those results.
