Just save yourself the headache and find someone else. This company is fraudulent in their practices. I signed up for auto billing on the six month policy in which I received a quote and agreed to the monthly charges. At the policies expiration, they attempted to charge me to renew the policy with a $100 per month increase. I did not ask to renew and I also stopped the bank from allowing the payment to process since they were going to auto-draft my account to renew the policy even though I did not want to renew with them and only agreed to auto-billing for the six month policy I had initially signed up for. These idiots renewed the policy even though they DID NOT receive the payment required to do so. They are now trying to use the state law which says they must provide so many days notice to insured when the policy is going to be cancelled for non-payment. My policy expired! That is NOT the same thing and they must think I'm an idiot. Now they are saying that in order to cancel the policy that I never signed up for they want proof of other insurance. They are now billing me for $132 for 9 days on a policy I didn't sign up for!!! Stay away from this company.

I've been with Geico for roughly two years now. While I haven't needed to use any of my services (thankfully) my premiums continue to go up despite previous accidents coming off my record. I have not moved or gotten a new car, but have had two minor, at fault accidents fall off my record and saw my insurance go up $30 a month in less than a year. I also recently began looking for renters insurance and found that even with my auto policy, my renters insurance is 3 - 4 times higher of what I've priced everywhere else. As soon as I got an estimate through Geico, the calls started rolling in. I've had eight calls in two days, finally leading me to block the number and start new auto insurance with another provider when my policy expires next. I only went through Geico because they were the cheapest at the time and I've never needed to see an agent face to face, but I'm ready to go back somewhere else.

If I could give them no stars I would!!! I got in a accident over a month ago! It took them a week and a half to come out and inspect it! And the repair shop has not received the check yet. Everything you call no one EVER calls back, especially Candance Davis the Cincinnati rep!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

If I could zero stars, I would. GEICO has been my insurer for 4 years, and when I got rear ended by an uninsured motorist, they did everything in their power to not help me out with dealing with my totaled vehicle. I have had to call them and ask for updates every time, they have not called me once. The inspector that handled the value of my vehicle gave me the lowest possible value for my car, even after I presented him with facts and proof from major auto sources. Mind you, I even work for a car dealership. Even though I am legally eligible to pick where I want to take my car for for body work, they wanted to complain about storage fees, and are making me pay out of my own pocket, some of the fees. It has been a month since my accident, and I have still not had everything settled. As soon as this is over, I will not be a returning customer....GEICO YOU SUCK! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!!!!

A PAIN IN THE BUTT! I called to get a quote, and wanted to discuss with my son who also pays the bill. I was told that I didn't need to talk to anyone else, etc. I also inquired about homeowners insurance, and was told that I didn't need to change it now, etc. While I understand the reasoning to wait, it does make a difference in pricing. Very rude, and EXTREMELY PUSHY! They have called non-stop for over 2 months and will not leave me alone. They used to call 4 - 5 times a day, and now it is once or twice a day. I ignore the calls! I didn't care for their service, and would never recommend them to anyone.
