As the previous reviewer stated, they are always accessible by phone or email and will tend to your every need. We now use Dwyer for umbrella, homeowners and auto insurance. They also worked with us to find life insurance. I am one of those difficult customers and Dwyer has always made sure we are taken care of. They will make you feel like you are their only customer.

I didn't know why people would use a broker (middle man) instead of going straight to the insurance companies. Come to find out, there is no broker markup and Dwyer has saved our family thousands of dollars over the years. Raised in New Jersey, I have an "exciting" driving record and Dwyer is constantly price shopping to find ways to reduce our auto rates. They are proactive and will email me options to save money, all with a no pressure attitude.
I moved to the Columbus, Ohio area but kept my policies with Dwyer Insurance due to their above the line customer service. Dan and everyone at the agency are great to work with.
