The staff of this hospital are incredibly patient and helpful! I always feel at home when I'm getting a regular check up!
Aweful aweful aweful. 8 hours in the er sick as can be, had blood drawn was, told they cant do nothing about my motion sickness and to go home. I WASNT EVEN THERE FOR MOTION SICKNESS!!!!!!! They didn't hear a damn thing I even said. Then come to find out from mychart that I had several evelvated levels!! THE ELEVATED LEVELS EXPLAIN EVERYTHING!!
Absolutely horrible and rude. Strange that not only was the nursing staff rude, I took my kids to the cafeteria and they treated us awful. Almost funny because the place was empty, you would think bringing a family of 6 would be beneficial to profits, apparently not. Labor and delivery staff was rude.
When you go some where to get help and pretty much get turned away because a dope fiene is more important, the problem isn't you, its the hospital. I didnt make the choice to be sick, but the dope fiene made a choice to get high. This hospitals priorities are beyond screwed up.
The receptionist Alexandra in the maternity ward was exceedingly rude to my family. I did not get the name of the second receptionist but she was equally as nasty. We have delivered 4 children at this hospital in the past and have never dealt with this type of unprofessional behavior before. The medical and maintenance staff here are always friendly, but the receptionist here could all use a crash course in customer service.
After reading some negative reviews posted here----Being a nurse and working in hospitals for a long time, I would highly recommend that anybody who is treated rudely to report it to the nurse manager or higher up right away at any hospital that you are at. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, and if it is not reported right away, changes won't be made (I have never experienced any types of disrespect/rudeness in my visits).
I have delivered 3 babies at Good Samaritan between 2013-2016 and I have had great experiences every time. Samaritan OBGYN (my doctors) and all of the nurses have been great. I am an ICU nurse as well so I'm picky about my healthcare. Good Samaritan also specializes in high risk deliveries & has a level 3 NICU.
