Very professional team and I even though I do not like vaccinations, Leah was taking care of me like if she would be from my family.
At the very last minute I called Passport Health in Blue Ash and the service was outstanding! From the receptionist working with me to get me the same day - to the RN in charge of my visit (Stevie), I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Stevie was very informative and helpful when explaining options for my trip to India. I would highly recommend this place and if possible request Stevie as your RN, you won't regret it!
The service was amazing. I needed a last minute appointment (I didn’t thought was going to be possible to make it) and they were very helpful to find a solution for me. When I arrive to the appointment, I got an outstanding support from Leah (she is the best!) she explained everything in detail, recommended a couple of things I did not even consider and was very helpful on getting me through the complete process.
I loved the experience in the clinic. The staff was very helpful, timely and efficient. We just went there once and they could handle everything during the 1st visit.
I could not have asked for a better and more positive experience than I got with Passport Health Blue Ash! The staff there was so friendly and marvelous to me. They shared such great information throughout the whole process, and really helped me understand the area I was traveling to. Overall, the experience was incredibly wonderful and my RN Stevie Wallace was truly lovely. I can't wait to go back for my next trip!
They did a great job getting me ready for my trip to South America. I worked with Debby, and she was very thorough in her explanations. She had answers to all my questions and had some good advice for me. My overall experience was great.
