They have terrible communication. I have a chronic condition that I need to see specialist for. I've given them the information for each specialist I want to see so they can send the referral, I've been waiting since July for my referral. I even went back in October with the same information and then the nurse practitioner called me again to get the information. Still I have yet to get the referral. I pay private insurance and each time I make a appointment for my kids they tell me they can be seen but can't get any shots. What kind of office says that. All insurance companies pay for vaccinations. It would be nice to see a real M.D. from time to time.

Zero stars. The Doctor ( Shawna Dunn has an attitude problem. They will no longer be getting me or my family services. We were telling her what the issue was with my daughter and her response was you know im family right like noo im just stupid I know where the heck I was smh. We ran and never looked back. Terrible just terrible and unprofessional. My Youngest goes to the one in Forest Park and Dr. Valkerding is such a pleasure. I wish all were like her.
Don't bother calling the after hrs doc. You will only be told what hospital to go to. Do not have a chronic illness, you will be ignored. This has the feel , look, and service of a free clinic, but you have to have insurance to go there.
I love the doctors an the nurses they r so good wit my kids my kids like going an seeing them there the staff members r always kind an helpful i wouldn't take my kids anywhere else
