Love this place and all my docs here (and I've got a bunch). Easy to reschedule if necessary, hardly ever any wait time in reception, love the new eCheck-in, really love that xrays, mammograms, etc can be done on-site instead of having to make another appt at a hospital. Great valet parking guy. Can't say enough good about my main doc Dr Mayra Frias!!
Way more convenient since I work in Kenwood and live 4 miles from facility. Great docs here and check-in is more streamlined with the kiosks. Me likey!
Great new office, but little privacy at checkin. Make the long trip because we really like our Dr.
My doctor is wonderful & staff is fantastic! BUT good luck getting to speak with anyone when you call! EVERY time I call, the hold time is 10 MINUTES OR MORE! Have been on hold over 20 minutes. Been using MyChaRT to avoid phone problems but NOW the MyChart Messages aren't even attended to within a reasonable time! Too bad such great doctors and staff are serviced by a corporation that devalues their patients' time, especially when a patient is sick and needs them and has to wait over 20 minutes to talk with them by phone! The GroupHealth organization thinks it's time is more valuable than its patients' time!
