This place is downright nasty. I usually go to the Florence location but this place is closer to work. Should've just driven back to Florence. First, I go in to check in and I am immeadiatly greeted with "Are you going to wear those jeans? You can't come in." Exactly two words come out of my mouth before he says it. While it was rules are rules so I went out to my car and grabbed the gym bag I forgot. Second, I come back in, there is another man following about thirty feet behind. I get back in line to check in. When I see an opening I walk up to her only to have her gesture to the same man behind me who had just come in! Admittedly, the guy was more fit than I was, but I don't understand how that's a valid excuse to prioritize him over me. Also, he doesn't get asked at all about his attire which is wrong too!! Third, when I am able to come up and check in she says I have to pay a five dollar franchise fee!! I'm a black card member, and I haven't had problems here before until now. She says I haven't been there in a year, but that isn't even true, it's been at most two months. I was going to talk to the manager but he was leaning over the table with his arms wrapped around his head and I thought it best not to disturb him. She finally did offer to call the other location to clear it up in a belated attempt at customer service, but at that point i was ticked off. I shouldn't have to beg for the contractual obligations to be met, and I shouldn't have to ask to be treated like everyone else. I wish I were treated as well as some of the other people who have comments, but I wasn't.
Staff are friendly, everything is clean and in the morning its not to busy. A few suggestions is adding a few minutes to the hydro massage and chair. It be a nice perk being a black cardholder. Also add a few extra chairs to the shower stalls. I tend to find chairs there when showering after a work.
Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Everything is neat and clean!
This one is big and lots of tv and music
I'm just a little surprised at some of the negative comments. Am I at the same place??? Have been coming here for a few years and I have never seen anything broken or dirty. The staff is amazing in my opinion and always helpful. I prefer this location over any of the others in the city. I love going here. It's huge and very clean. I always end my workout on the massage bed and never has any one of them been broken.
