Angel, who did my ultrasound, also took the time to explain the images on the screen and what they meant.
I agree that the staff is very nice!Rhonda the nurse I had today was especially good. She explained the procedure she was doing and I came out of that visit feeling like much had been accomplished. I felt very taken care of by a competent experienced nurse.
One of the worst experiences ever! The story is long but the short version - my daughter had the expensive procedure. It did not work. One year later, we had to go back again for the entire process. The doctor had said they would cover the costs. We were supposed to be reimbursed. Months later, we were sent an email - not even a phone call, telling us they will not be covering it after all. So many more situations like the others who have written (long waits, last minute cancelled appointments, unprofessional and unorganized, etc). I never write negative reviews- and I did try to talk with them many times, but this one star review is well-earned. DO NOT GO HERE!
My first appointment was great ... but that was in August and they continue to cancel on me the day before I’m scheduled to come in. This has been going on for 2 months. My goal was to get the treatments completed in this year for my deductible. I’m now scheduled for December for my 2nd out of 6 appointments. I’m very confused how you can run an office this way.
I feel like I have either the doctors or team members undivided attention when I am at their office.
My first visit with the Dr. went very well! When I scheduled my next appt I had ask the receptionist if they had any canceled appts would she please call me because right now I am on medical leave at work and it would be really nice if I could come in sooner.... I was very happy when I got a call a week before my scheduled appt and told about a cancelation and ask if I could make it.... so I got to have my second appt early for my mapping. Angel is exactly what her name says....she was so nice, kind, gentle and made me feel so comfortable with her amazing personality...I just can't say enough about her and your entire staff...they are all very friendly and go out of their way to take care of me!!! Looking forward to my next appt:)
