I only go into this store if I absolutely have to, or to return something I ordered from the dot com. The managers nice nasty abrupt attitude is so uncalled for. If you dont like the job find a new field.
On Sunday, October 11, 2015 I came to the Ashley Stewart Store at this location at 1:07 p.m. The store was closed. The hours posted were 12 - 4 pm for that day. I waited and eventually left. When I called the store after 2:00 pm. I asked had they opened late that day. The nasty reply I got was that "they were open now" and I asked how long they'd be open and they replied until five. There was no apology for any inconvenience suffered. This location is not around the corner from me and I did not appreciate that they acted like I was in the wrong. The attitude of too many of the employees there is rude, nasty and abrupt. I was there to receive the benefit of a offer I had received through an APP that they said could not be in place when I made my purchases. They should be knowledgeable about all the specials that you send to customers. I don't get to this store as often as I'd like, but I won't be trying to visit any more than I have. Currently I am not very excited to visit there in the future.
Always a pleasant experience the ladies here are helpful by all means.
