Do not go here! I made an appointment on Saturday. After waiting for 30 minutes she never showed up. You have to provide your credit card to get an appointment. She charged my account even though she never showed up (and automatically added a 25% tip!). It has been 2 days. She has yet emailed an apology or credited my account. Also, the place is in an office building that is dumpy. It is not a spa!
I have been coming to Best Look Spa for last 3 years. Rani is very quick and I did not have to wait for any of my appointments. Her price is good and she is very accommodative with her timing. Highly recommend her services.
Rani does an amazing job on my threading, arm waxing, and chemical peels! I first came to her because I needed a threading for a friend's wedding and I've been hooked ever sense! I always get compliments on how great my brows look! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Rani, you won't regret it!!
Rani did my dughter's makeup and hair for her wedding and did an amazing job. I am so impressed by her talent and professionalism, you can tell she is a true star at what she does! She was able to do my eye lash extensions did amazing job.
This is the worst experience i have ever had at a salon! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. she is not professional at all. She will let you wait for hrs and hrs. She charged for unnecessary stuff. Very disappointing, I would never refer anyone to that salon.
