If I could give - stars I would Three separate trips and every trip the first bus was over 2 hours late which of course causes you to miss your next connection bus. All of the money we spend to visit family in Ohio and we spend more time at the bus stations and on the buses than we end up getting to spend with family. This is unacceptable and absurd. There’s never updates or help from any staff. At this point I would rather pay a stranger to drive us that’s crazy.

I was taking a bus going from Cincinnati to indianapolis, and as we broad onto the bus, the bus driver complained that it was too hot and that the a/c was not working therefore, we had to get off the bus and wait for another. The next bus wasn’t available until 2 or 3 hours later, which was a huge inconvenience. When I attempt to get help from the customer service representative, the woman walked out and never came back. I had to get a refund

Very swift movement and timely buses. Helpful stuff too especially at Cincinnati bus station. Amazing female drivers.

I have spent way too much time here. If you have to spend a lot of time here, make sure to bring a well-charged electronic device, a warm coat and maybe a pillow for your bum. There's not that much seating. The station isn't well heated. And there aren't enough charging points. The tuck shop is okay and the staff at the ticket counter are very very helpful (more than can be said about any other greyhound staff).

I'm giving it 2 stars because I truly believe the bus drivers have the best intentions at heart. Some can come across as rude or annoying or even downright mean, but when you speak to them individually they are very kind and only want to have a smooth drive. It's very stressful being in transportation. The bus drivers and a few agents at some of the stations are the only saving grace for this company though. Most agents are very VERY rude and won't even look at you when they talk, instead staring at their nails or phone or off into space. I can't really blame the company for how another customer acted towards me but I can blame them for letting a man who exposed himself to me escape and get on another bus that he wasn't supposed to be on. The bus driver who I reported it to was very very understanding and tried to help me as much as he could, which was surprising to me as I wasn't expecting anyone to do anything about it at all. All I can say is, I'm truly sorry if you have to take greyhound buses regularly. I've taken them twice and after what happened last time I just can't anymore.
