I valet parked my car at Montgomery Inn in Cincinnati, OH. Noticed a scratch on my front bumper the next morning. I called the restaurant immediately and the manager told me to contact VP parking because they were good about handing such matters. I did so and communicated back and forth with one of the owners. We both were cordial but in the end I was told that they don't believe they were at fault. I understand it's their worker's word against mine but I am 100% certain that I did not hit anything since leaving their location. I just purchased my car a few weeks ago and am disappointed that they are not going to repair it. I don't recommend their service.
