Cheap prices keep me here. If you get in early enough you can park under the expressway and get some protection from rain and sunlight/heat. Other than that it is open air.

Great price ($3 for all day) and location! but sometimes it gets almost completely packed out because of this. Which is fine i guess. My only real complaint is sometimes the machine wont take any of my dollar bills! Fine, fresh, crisp George Washingtons, rejected like 15 times before it takes em and im in a hurry to get to work!
