Some of my family rented a spot on the campground. It's very clean and inviting. RV's everywhere and meeting new people. Its a great weekend getaway
Purchase a yearly pass for Hamilton county parks and receive coupons to redeem at the park. There are plenty of trails to walk, a boathouse to rent paddle boats, row boats, and motor boats. There's a splash pad in the warmer months and a nice sized playground with a small section dedicated to younger children. Great place to go for a walk or run.
Great park with lots of things to do. The camp ground is okay - I would like it better if there was more shade and the bathrooms were cleaner. Bathrooms outside of the campground are acceptable.
The weather did not cooperate, but staff as encountered were polite and helpful. Grounds are well kept.
We have been back several times to counter the bad weather on our first trip. This is a great park! Horses, lake, boats, fishing, etc. Something for everyone. There is still more we need to do.
Great park for walking, hiking, biking. Worth the $10 annual fee. Take caution on the park roads. Many cars use this park as a short cut an speed through it without taking time to explore it's beauty.
