This place has improved so much over the years. And the change with the concession stand is great! The seats are glorious!
Great theater. Love the recent updates, especially the reclining seats . Awesome variety of snacks and my son loves the games.
Newly renovated. They serve beer and wine. We waited a almost 15 minutes in the concession line for some reason. This was the weekend "IT" came out and it didn't look like they were staffed correctly. Still a great theater and the seats are awesome.
Went to see happy death day. Customer service was amazing as usual with fast delivery at the snack bar and so comfortable in the reclining seats as a mom of 4i about got a free nap without disruption lol.
Cinemark Western Hills 14 the First Cinemark in the tri-state area with leather reclining seats and assigned seating this is a great theater in a great location. I wish they had more concessions staff especially right before the movie is getting ready to start.
