Terrible service at Fields Ertel location!!! Our server was least interested in serving us. After ordering, not once did she check back on how our food was. We had to ask for every little thing including a water refill. Honestly, it ruined our evening!! Never going back again!

Our server Christy L is AMAZING. Literally the best service we have ever had in any restaurant. We had a party of 8 people and she was friendly all of us even though we came in an hour and a half before they closed. We had such a fun time, and the outstanding service made it so much better.
Great family setting...expanded menu choices...all-you-care-to-eat soup or salad with your meal.
Great, if you can come late enough to avoid the crowds.

Just left Olive Garden Fields Ertil Location and once more fought the salad policy, 4 out of 5 people at our table ordered their meal with salad my daughter did not but because she was going to take a bite out of one of her 8 year old sons we were going to charge us the price of another salad, not only do i think this as an opportunity to take advantage of people, once I ordered that salad it belongs to ME!!!I have the right to do with it as I please, take it home, throw it away or let my daughter have a couple of bites, although the manager resolved our issue (by agreeing not to charge us, after telling him to bring us a check for our drinks so I could leave) I. asked if they could reuse the salad, which was MEANT TO BE A SARCASTIC. QUESTIONS I WAS TOLD "NO" I asked if they would rather throw it away then allow her to eat a few bites I was told it was policy (we left salad in our bowl when we had finished our meal, not only do I feel this is a way to take advantage of patrons but unethical act, they just lost the business of these five but have had conversion with friends and family who agree, it won't happen to me again, refuse to allow someone to make a fool out of me.
