Wings have been huge lately and they don't seem to understand when you order crispy. They never get it right

Terrible service. No one at the front reception. 20'mins wait for a to-go order that was called ahead. And they didn't have it even ready. person in front demanded manager. manager came out and did nothing and went back in the kitchen. Manager reminded me of my brother when he's high af. There were 4 people behind me when I left.
Food is good but quite expensive. $10.50 for a basket of shrimp with a thimble of cocktail sauce. Then charged $. 60 for more sauce. Very uncool... And expensive!
Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant. To be clear, we were at the Harpers Point location. Waitress got the order wrong, wrong drink, wrong sauce. When food was delivered it was actually slung across the table at us. Waitress never came back to check on us, it took 15 minutes to get the bill and we waited for 10 minutes to pay before just walking up front to pay
