Definitely not a place to eat in. More like an Arby's than a LaRosa's. Based on dine in, 1 star. Food was on par with other locations and staff seemed fine.
Okay so this is crazy I'm a customer that Gave this location 3 chance and now and the stuff has came messed up ever time and now they got my whole apartment building address blocked. This is gone on to long. Not to mention the driver laying hands on me twice. Shoving me out of the way on my work place to come in side when being greeted. The mangers and both Marriemont and Milford are rude and very unacceptable. The service I have gotten is very unacceptable. The food was ever bad and under cooked. This issue was never handled. In fact they blocked my address so I couldn't use my credits. The manger refused to bring out the right Oder to replace the ones messed up. I have grown up with this place my whole live and have never received this type or service or food for any of the restaurants before. VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!
It took an hour and a half for my order to be delivered. Not only was my order incorrect, but also cold. Upon calling not once (for being so late) but twice (after we opened boxes) we were told that if we wanted the correct order we would have to wait an additional 60-90 minutes. They did give us a credit for the part that was wrong, but after this experience I'm not very eager to order again. Mediocre food when they get your order right and terrible customer service.
I mostly get delivery, sometimes get pickup. My pizzas are always sloppily prepared (uneven toppings, burned, etc). Delivery time is about average, 30-40 minutes, even though I live less than a mile away. The only reason I ever order from here is if I'm craving some Larosa's-specific item... otherwise it's so not worth the hassle.
The the waitress was very sweet and courteous she made sure we had everything that we need it throughout our lunch. The food was excellent. Parking a little tricky.
