Cincinnati favorite. Always great lunch service. Ask for Kathy, she always takes care of us no matter the crowd.
Had to call three different LaRosa's as we were driving thru Cincinnati since all of them were busy, but Blue Ash did not disappoint, again! Food was hot, delish and ready to go when we got there!
Worst delivery experience ever! Sent the wrong pizza. Call the 347-1111 number and wait to speak to a rep to fix it, expect to be on hold over 15 minutes before anyone picks up!!! Spoke to 2 different reps. Was told I would be refunded and have new pizza delivered. Then tried emailing them, NO REPLY. OVER AN HOUR LATER, STILL NOTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
