I usually don't write reviews but I had to take time to write this one. On August 22, 2017, I called the Hamilton County Courthouse to get a copy of my Divorce papers from 1984. I spoke to Katie and explained to her that the Social Security Office was giving me fifteen days to bring the divorce papers in otherwise I would have to start the process all over again. Katie asked me all the pertinent information and explained to me that there would be a $2.00 charge and I could mail her a check. She gave me the address to the Courthouse and she said she would mail a copy of the divorce papers to me today because she wanted to make sure that I received it in plenty of time. She really cared!! I gave Katie my address and thanked her for being so kind. Katie was very professional and went above and beyond. I wish I could clone Katie so I could put her in every business office so that she could teach them what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you Katie for your small act of kindness!!
