Wow! Google you would have to come up with 0 star icons. I had never heard of this place. Some one that I know mention me about this place, even though this place got a review of 2.0 star I had to try to check. First time I called the lady not only put me in hold for a long time, she just pick the phone and said "Hey, please hold" . I hang up and called a second time. She pick up and hang up the phone.
The staff here does the best they can with what they have. Some of the process are thick with red tape. The place can sometimes be packed with clients and there children. Many of the clients often have unreasonable expectations, and will sometimes jam up the line in hopes it will cause their demands to be met. You will need to grab a receipt for any business you have before you get in line. Then bring it to the counter with you. They are on the left when you walk in.

Section 8 will not help you as a landlord if you have issues with a tenant. They never return calls or emails. I will not be a section 8 landlord here in Cincinnati again because of CMHA is so poorly ran. It needs new management.
