This location isn't staffed, the washers take your money. The change machine doesn't work! Give me a warsh board and a creek! Thankfully our house should be done soon.
Yes I've had issues with a dryer or two not working, but the fortunate side is that, the owners own the dry cleaning next door. They will refund your money, without question, and call the maintenance people almost immediately. I don't like having to always get refund, but I know they are doing their best, based off my interactions with the owners. If I didn't have the great customer service by the owners I may rate differently, but I know they care.
Great for out of towners
The Cincinnati hotel had no laundry. Shameful, so we went here. We got all of our laundry done with ease, at an extremely low price of $2.50. Idk what's going on with the other reviewers, but I think this place is one of the best laundromats in the country. Rank S.
No restrooms available for paying customers. It's inconsiderate.. it shows that they do not appreciate their customers. I had to go across the street to UDF to theirs.
