I really want to like my local hardware shop. I have had some good experiences, but many of the old timers working there only want to talk to old timer customers.
My hope was that a store like this would have superior service and I could be in and out much faster than a warehouse style hardware store. That doesn't seem to be the case here.
Always helpful people and very fast in and out. Good prices too!
Busy and rude customers. Very expensive. Two stars for two of the woman that work there. They are kind and knowledgeable.
My local Ace Hardware. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Great people and great service. Good selection of 95% of what you need for most projects. Saves me hours of searching in the Big Box stores. You can grab-n-go in 10 minutes or less! The same time it takes just to get through the parking lot at the Big Box stores.
Great core staff that is always willing to lend a helping hand along with great selection. Happy to do business with a company where you are not just another number waking l walking through the door
