My husband ordered an arrangement off of osterbrocks website and I couldn't have been more happy with it! Every flower was placed perfectly and the arrangement was beautiful! I stopped in to buy some outside plants and the staff was amazing. Everyone knew exactly what they're talking about when it came to planting. Ordered flowers to my girlfriends work for Valentine's Day with special instructions on when the flowers should be delivered. And they decide there gonna deliver them when they want and ignore the special instructions that the customer specified. They called my girlfriend 2 hours before she had to go work and told her that flowers were here waiting on her. Very unpleased with this company and will not return to them in the future.
