Value for the money spent just wasn't there ($50). The arrangement is nice on one side, but cannot be displayed in an area that can be viewed 360 degrees as only half the arrangement has flowers. I expected a more complete and larger arrangement for what I spent. The flowers in the arrangement are nice and have opened up well, but I was definitely expecting more based upon experiences with other florists at that price point.
Satisfaction not guaranteed! I ordered a $100.00 arrangement $120 after tax and delivery and the arrangement didn't even have any roses but it did have an 18" balloon stuck in the middle. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the owner was rude and didn't offer to do anything about it. Their web site indicated they guarantee 100% satisfaction but they clearly do not live up to their word.

Ordered Red Gerbera Daisies for a friend. No email confirmation was sent to me. I didn't even know if they'd gotten my order or not. Then the friend received them ... and they were a way different flower. I understand the swap policies, but in the past I've been contacted and notified. My friend was send "peace lilies" instead of their favorite flower, I would have cancelled the order and gone to another shop had I known.
Don't usually write reviews, but this is horrible! Placed an order via 1800Flowers; a Christmas arrangement for my elderly mom. Compare the photos of what I thought I ordered (i.e., the Large arrangement for $79.99- with discount/$99.00- without discount) and what was actually received. The arrangement had an ink pen stuck in it! - for crying out loud! If getting a discount means Poor Quality- pay more! April Florists and 1800Flowers have lost my business. I understand that items may not be an exact replica of what is pictured on the website, but this isn't even close! Waiting on a refund! Update: reviewed refund from 1800flowers; however, if you order via 1800Flowers advise them Not to use this florist.
