I immediately told her to get her manager and let him know what my policy was for expensive stores that give paying customers poor quality bags and have bad customer service.
Bad customer service in some departments. Bought some items, then continued shopping. The bag they gave me was so thin the 2 items inside nearly made the bag fall apart about 10 minutes after I purchased it. Then when I asked them for a paper bag / stronger bag / double bag - the lazy, indifferent cashier near the Armani clothes told me it wasn't their policy to do so.
I have always had a good experience here
But something is definitely wrong with that store and their "policies". I will not be returning there to shop, perhaps to return these items if I find them somewhere else or for general principle.
Moldy, the mold smell is overwhelming and hazardous to be breathing. Plus everything is dusty, customer service is lacking too!.
In summary, of course the manager doubled the bag.
In other words, either I was going to get a sufficient bag to carry my merchandise or I was getting my money back.
Love it here. The only thing that's inconvenient but to be expected is the food court to be packed on weekends. Starbucks, forget about it. Great customer service.
