Awesome service ... fast and friendly ... they have a great selection of automobiles to choose from ... I have never waited in a line during pick-up or drop-off ... and if you dont have a ride to get there location they offer a pick-up and drop-off services from your home or office ... never had any issues ... I always use Enterprise's service on my vacation ... never having to worry makes my rentals hassle-free for my vacation time.
of course with almost everything i would love to give them a five star rating and i would . my only issue would be that i would like to see more cars made available to this site. i am tall however my children, siblings and relatives are exceptionally tall so when i rent i usually log into my account online for reservations and call the location to request a premium or luxury vehicle to accommodate. these cars are usually not available. This location works with me and they do accommodate if available it is because of their exceptional willingness to accommodate special request makes them exceptional in what they do. I thank them and it is the reason why i will continue to patronize this location.
I have been renting from enterprise for a few years now. the location on Ridge rd. has provided excellent customer service and professionalism.
The new location is a convenience. Knowledgeable staff, good selection of vehicles. Asked when I called whether I could park my truck there while driving enterprise car. They said "yes of course", then they understood I meant "tractor"
Well they're reasonable and the cars you get here really are road ready we got a car there for The 4th of July weekend we went too Michigan the car was great on gas we left with a full tank and i put $12 in the gas tank once i got down too a half a tank....we drove around Michigan for 4days on same gas ....i stopped at rest area and put $20 in gas and yet drove back too cincinnati getting there with over an half of tank in gas now I'm proud too admit that i drove over 800miles on less than $50 dollars in gas and had the car for over a week now that was a great better yet a very great hook up with enterprise rent a car man i d go rent another car for such of a small fee too rent the car it was a dodge dart never thought that they were such a great model car as that so all and all the price for the car and the gas i was only out of about $285 total now that wasn't bad at all i guess that we got lucky with that and the people there at the service desk were very helpful and nice about everything so all thumbs up too them.....
The car did not smell very well. It smelled like a church so I had to go to Kroger and buy an air fresher. I also waited awhile because they couldn't get their credit system to work.
