They seem to be a little slower in the drive-thru whenever I'm there, but its still easy if you want to stay in the car.

Overall a quick easy in, easy out.
The best part about this location is Bob, the mortgage guy. He splits his time there and the Woodlawn Kroger location just an fyi. It seems a few of the office people do. But if you need something from a loan officer or the sorts, this location definitely has those people. Bob's great at sitting down and explaining things that you may or may not get about a home loan. He does a great job of "dumbing it down" if you need him too (I'm blond... there I said it).
