Worst. Panera. Ever. Service is ALWAYS slow. How docyou run out of broccoli cheddar soup? You know it’s the most popular soup so why don’t you have more prepared? And why do you let people order it when you know it’s out. Super frustrating. Hate this Panera.
We had a large order $ 80 + placed online, when I placed the order the time defaulted to a later time approx.. one hour later; this was not ideal but understandable. We called Panera to check if they received our order and if it could possibly be ready any sooner, I was then advised that they could not see our order until 10 minutes prior to the time that is due to be picked up. I waited until 10 minutes prior to the time the order was due and called back, I was advised that the order was sent to catering and the catering coordinator was off, but my order would be ready by the time it was due, I spent five minute trying to figure out why I was quoted an hour wait, but it only takes 10 minutes to prepare our order? Needless to say I didn't get anywhere. I went to pick up my order, everything was in the bag and we were given two free cookies for our troubles. I take the food back to the office and start distributing it out, it was all wrong. We had sandwiches slapped on the wrong bread, with little to no meat; a Thai salad that was missing 1/2 the ingredients and a sandwich with everything on it that was asked to be omitted. I will not be going back to this Panera, they had an hour to prepare our food and it was all wrong; for the price they charge and their attempt at a high class atmosphere their customer service is poor at best.
I enjoyed a large cup of hot coffee with a delicious pumpkin pie bagel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Thank you!

I gave this 2 stars because the food is good and most of the staff were friendly. The manager with the blonde hair was so damn rude. She saw me and other customers standing there waiting to place our order and walked by us then by us again then to the back then out, never asking if we need help. She looked me in the eye and never said a word. Several minutes went by and a worker finally asked me what I would like...no "hello" or any kind of greeting. I just can't stand rudeness. That is your job, to be friendly so people come back. I went to the counter again to ask for something and the manager did the same thing... Looked me in the eye and walked away. She finally asked for someone to come to the front through the intercom. Then she complained about how aggravated she was for several minutes in front of me. Another customer asked her for gift cards and the manager looked at her and walked away without saying a word. I said to this lady, "she doesn't help anyone". The Lady who actually did help me was super nice and apologized for my wait. All the manager had to say was that someone would be with me shortly. I'm definitely not coming back to this Panera. 12/13/17 @ approx. 2:45pm
