Good parking. Really good theater.
Small 1970ish shopping center. No lights to exit but alley allows access to another road and eventually gets you to a major crossing with lights. For locals, it is not a problem. Within the center you will find a Duncan Donuts, maybe a General Dollar store, Tavern on the Bend, and a tire store. Plenty of parking available. Driving through the area requires time and patience.
I once found a needle behind the bar walking down the steps and the lady at the next door restaurant I believe it was a Subway came outside with rubber gloves and extended her courteous self and picked up the dirty needle put it in a bottle put a cap on it and then threw it away if that's not service I don't know what else is . Also there's lots of places to meet people like the temp service and the plasma center lots of single people who obviously don't have AIDS cuz if they did they couldn't donate plasma.
A mixture of business. Restaurants, gym and retail. Hard to pull out of parking lot because its on a busy road between two busy intersections.
