Parker Roofing was quick to check our roof. They did a diligent inspection of the roof and were very honest about it. It turned out our roof was good to go for another 5 years. They didn't charge us anything for the inspection.
We had 2 previous estimates from well known roofing companies in the area, for clogged gutters. Our quotes (over $1k) seemed to be overkill for the issue, including replacing/repairing things unnecessarily. I found out about Parker Roofing from a co-worker and they were literally out 2 days later as scheduled. The person that arrived was not only courteous but VERY THOROUGH!! Until this point, no one had taken a hose up to the roof to determine the "actual" issue. He was able to quickly identify the issue and provide recommendations (a couple hundred dollars vs. $1000+). In addition, the recommendations were not replacing things that were not in need of replacement (like previous companies tried to do). It is hard to find an ethical business that doesn't want to sell you something you don't need. For these reasons, we will always rely on Parker for any type of future issue that comes along. This is one company that realizes that referrals and honesty go a long way...especially since we live in a subdivision where everyone shares their good (and bad) experiences, which result in a ton of referrals! Thank you again for making the expense of home ownership, not that expensive:)
Had a great experience with this company. I had a leak in my roof so I gave them a call and they sent Cory out to take a look. He was able to identify the issue right away and took photographs of what needed to be done. They quickly fixed the roof and were on their way. I will also have them provide an estimate on repairing my box gutters which need some work. A friend of mine recommended Parker Roofing and I am glad that he did.
We needed some minor repairs completed on our roof to satisfy the sales contract on our home. Called Parker Roofing on Friday evening and the repairs were completed Monday morning! Corey was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them for any roofing repairs and replacements in the future.
