I work as a carrier at a different post office, I know that it isn't extra work, and who cares if it is?! Do your job, accommodate your customers, and don't be a douche bag and laugh like it wasn't a serious question. She is elderly, can barely walk to the mounted box on the road and Tom thinks it isn't a big deal.
Came here to get my passport renewed because they state on their website they will take the passport photo too. The lady there had no idea what she was doing and said they usually do it and take the photo but she was "short staffed" and just blew me off. Then had the nerve to complain about not getting to take her lunch. Not my problem lady lol Terrible customer service. I will go out of my way from now on to avoid this location!
ZERO STARS! Absolutely the worst USPS Post Office! Claim delivery attempts without leaving a slip. Was home awaiting package they claim "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED".. NO, I call BullSh*t on this!! Have been home all day and even paid 2 day delivery shipping to receive immediately.. I paid the charge and expect my package to be delivered as promised. Will continue to use West Chester or other locations, but definitely not the Sharonville, Ohio Branch...
Worst post office I have ever used. Nobody is ever at the counter. My package was "lost" for nearly a month.
Supervisor, terrible attitude. I called to ask how my grandmother could stop her bulk mail. She isn't interested in it. He was rude, asked me why, told me it's too much work for his post office to do to accommodate her needs and he wasn't going to do it.
When I asked to speak with the supervisor, Tom, he wouldn't come out front to the counter and instead relayed his message through the rude desk clerk!
This place is the worst post office ever. If you could rate a business lower than 1 star, I would have DEMANDED a lower rating.
***WARNING*** Avoid this place at all costs unless you have all day to wait in line, be treated as a nobody and ultimately leave having accomplished absolutely nothing other than wasting your time!

Just avoid this place and drive the extra distance to a different location.
Customer service.... what service? When someone does appear at the counter...they are rude, actually as if you're bothering them and are terribly rude.
The customer service is very rude and the wait times are absolutely stupid. There are 4 counters and only one is ever used! Again, most of the time no one is even at the counter.
