Remember the movie Police Academy? I think some of the officers watched it as if it was a documentary or training video of how to be a proper representative of authority. I've yet to meet one who I trust can tie their own shoes, but I keep my fingers crossed in hopes they do exist.

Rob Courtney if you have the answers then by all means. Teach us all. As a Critical Care nurse, a mother of a recovering addict (fingers crossed) I've fought and fought to save lives. I've done everything to get between my son and drugs. Please help by not doing or distributing drugs. Help us break the cycle. Teach us will you. Go to the police. Be a CI, a peer counselor to the youth anything.

But seriously, the entire force is a joke. They seem too uneducated to be legit officers and too nervous to handle situations alone or without "second opinions". It's highly bothersome that these are the ones chosen by whomever to protect my neighborhood. I much rather take my chances without ever giving them a call, and I will. They do appear to have great parking though, and I assume the facility has heat/air conditioning.
