I have chronic pain and am under a Dr.'s care. Sometimes the arthritis is so bad it makes it very hard to walk. Unfortunately I have to rely on a mild pain reliever just to be able to work. If you have chronic pain, this is not the pharmacy you want to go to. Yes, the technicians are friendly but the pharmacists however are not. They talk rudely to their customers and also try to override the Drs.. orders. What gives them the right to treat me like a drug addict because I have to take pain medication ? And this has happened more than once. I have sinced moved on to another pharmacy where they treat people with respect and dignity and actually care about the patient.
The pharmacists are knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. The staff changes frequently, but they all do a great job and serve with a smile. I have had exceptional experiences here for several years. Todd does a fantastic job and is a huge benefit to the Kroger organization!
Every member of the pharmacy team is friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. I won't ever change to another pharmacy (of course that's if my darn insurance company can ever get me opted out of mail order. Have to fight them several times a year!) However, the folks at Kroger always do what they can to help! Thanks to all of you!
