The owners are very nice and respectful. I enjoy playing the lotto and the large variety of refreshments along with liquors and wine to choose from.
The sign said they closed at 9:00. We walked up at 8:55 (cutting it close, I know) and the guy locked the door right in our faces. Lol! Not nice.

This place is by a government Square towards the end it's a great place to get lottery cigarettes and alcohol they're very friendly
