Another time, well actually TWO other SEPARATE times, I tried to use certain manufacturer coupons for certain specific items (which were clearly stated on the coupon for use of said item) and the manager refused the entire situation by saying that this Kroger location simply "Does not accept coupons that aren't from or provided by Kroger itself" ....?!?!?! So that's how you handle your business!?! By telling them to basically take their business elsewhere!?! Fine by me, instead of letting me save a few bucks, you've allowed another store to receive my couple hundred dollars in compensation for accepting that "non-Kroger-made" coupon. GOOD JOB MT. CARMEL KROGER MANAGER!!! You're completely unprofessional in every sense of the word!!!!

Older Kroger that needs some updating but with other updated stores fairly close by I think this one may be suffering. Somewhat convenient location unless it's morning or afternoon traffic. I am not a fan of the split aisle set up but to each their own.
I really appreciate the convenience of this store. Both it's geographic proximity and the ease of finding items.
I love this location off of Old SR 74! The workers are always friendly and helpful. The produce always looks good and the shelves are well stocked. Today a cashier opened a lane just for me. I appreciate that kind of service.
If I could give NO STARS I would!!!! Multiple people I know have went to this location and have had CONSTANT inconsistencies in their policies, and I say policies, plural, because it's not one, it's ALL!!!!! There pharmacy has given me issues with medication MULTIPLE TIMES, and have even given me the WRONG medication and when I brought it back up they claimed their inventory was counted and correct, when I specifically stated that they gave me the WRONG MEDICATION NOT THE WRONG AMOUNT, and they still did not correct the issue! I had to go through the board (weeks after the issue first began) just to get the issue finally corrected and that was even after my doctor spoke to them stating that they give permission on correcting my prescription! It was DESPICABLE!! And that wasn't the only occasion on which I've been given the improper medication, dosage, or amount! THREE SEPARATE TIMES THESE MISTAKES WERE MADE AND ON ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER; MYSELF!
