They’ll adjust your seats and mirrors and not put them back where previously placed and while that seems like a persnickety complaint, it’s not. This isn’t just one poor visit, it’s been a collective of visits over the past year. I hope for their sake they can return their past quality but I won’t be a customer anymore.
This location used to be the best car wash in the city with excellent care, service and effort. Those days are gone. The price has increased while the quality has declined sharply. Been a customer for 15 years and this is the end of the line for me. Large noticeable water spots and unattended sections of the interior are flat out ignored. The workers might be giving their best effort but it’s not reflective in the price you pay as a consumer. They also stand there with hands literally out waiting for their tip. Professional decorum apparently isn’t a part of the company’s guidelines. If you give specific requests often times it’s ignored or forgotten.
Also, this place is a sorry excuse for a "hand wash". They put the car through the machine and wipe off the water with towels. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Easily the greatest car wash in Cincinnati. They Clean EVERYTHING. its basically a poor mans detailing. It is usually VERY busy for a good reason. Staff is all business, they could be a little friendlier but the car wash is exceptional. Don't go to Mikes car wash, go here.
For A Detail Elsewhere And These Guys Did just as well for less
I used to go to AAA car wash regularly but after having money stolen out of my console I decided to find a new car wash. I've got to say that I was blown away by the level of service that I received at Sharonville Car Wash. They spent a full 20 minutes wiping down my car after the wash. The attention to detail was fantastic! I don't know why I spent so long going to the other car wash. These guys are par none. I consider myself picky when it comes to my car and I've never seen employees take so much time and consideration when taking care of someone's car. I will be using this car wash for years to come and definitely recommend their services. Check them out if you haven't yet!
They scratched the interior of my door panel on my brand new car. The manager said he would pay for it. When he got the bill he said it was too much and changed his mind. Then he offered me free car washes. As if I want to bring my car back to get scratched more by his careless Mexican employees.
